Default Favourable Winds

Favourable winds increases the speed of arrows by 2x and so does read the wind. The funny thing is that...when i tried favourable winds(by itself)....it was much slower then read the wind(by itself)...Read the wind was fast
So...i really dont know...is it just me....or is there a problem with the skill?

Yes it is, it has been mentionned before, Read the wind buffs your arrow speed 4x, whatever you do. ANet just doesn't fixx it

yeah, it's pretty useless if you're using RtW, but if you aren't it has its uses.

i think it does...the description does say ALL creatures..so yea... a bone fiend is a creature...the bad thing about favourable winds is that it also affects monsters...so..well RTW ftw

Except Favorable winds add 6 more damage onto your arrows which is nice. But, now that I read about this little bug, I think it wound be well worth to swap Favorable Wind for Winnowing.

Favorable Winds frees up your preparation skills, so you'd have faster arrows than normal and a prep.
